Your story is yours. Here's exactly how we handle your data.

What we store

When you complete an assessment we save your answers, scores, and any reflections you wrote. If you create an account, we also store your email and display name.

Who can see your results

You — always.
Teams you share with — only fellow members of teams you explicitly link your results to. You choose; nothing auto-shares.
Nobody else. We don't sell, rent, or advertise on your data.

Guest mode

If you take the assessment without an account, only the unique URL of your results can open them. Save the link, or sign up later to keep them in your dashboard.

Deleting your data

Signed-in users can delete any assessment from the dashboard. To remove your account entirely, email us and we'll erase everything within 7 days.

Security

All traffic is HTTPS. Data is stored in an encrypted database with row-level security — your row is only readable by you and the teams you've shared with.
